St de is a French St Marcellin-style cheese hand made by Julie Cheyney at Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk from unpasteurized cow’s milk. It is a soft cheese with a fluffy and light mousse texture. The flavours are fresh, rich buttery and savoury. The cheese comes with a very thin mould rind.  Its very popular at the Norfolk Cheese Company and we tell our customers its a little pot of indulgence!
