Description
An English sparkling wine, made from a blend of our Seyval Blanc, Muller Thurgau and recently introduced Chardonnay grapes. Produced using the ‘champagne method’ this sparkling wine is superior to many other English Sparkling Wines available today.
The grapes are processed at the Bolney Estate , in Sussex and at Chilford Hall Vineyard & Winery in Cambridgeshire, where they are blended to create a light, refreshing sparkling wine, perfect for a celebration drink.
