The Norfolk Cheese Company are delighted to be able to supply Norfolk’s only cow’s milk blue cheese. Produced by Catherine Temple at Copy’s Green Farm in Wighton, near Well’s next to the sea.
Using the milk from her very own herd of Holstein Friesian cows..

A creamy blue with good subtle flavor throughout that is not too over powering to the pallet. A must of any cheese board.
